Because this is my story of how I lost 12 pounds in 10 days with my lemonade cleansing diet. If you are familiar with Stanley Burrougs' master cleanse, then you know the benefits and side effects of his diet. Although, I found his way effective I can't pass the first 3 days of master cleansing until I finally found a better way to cleanse without the annoying side effects.
During my struggle with being overweight I tried many weight loss products, went on almost every diet, and took every supplement. I was one of those people that fell for the "quick fix" hype, and it wasn't until I understood the facts about dieting and nutrition that my body started to change.

I am so happy and not only that I never felt as energetic as before. The only thing I don't like about is the cayenne pepper but you can always adjust it to your liking. Me, I used the over the counter pills. Overall, I found this very effective without risking your health.
